About the Opportunity
Our client is a globally active, technically focused engineering and project development firm with 80+ professionals, including 25+ project engineers. They're built around delivering high-impact early-stage studies and execution planning for complex mining operations around the world, and they're growing.
They're looking for an experienced Process Engineer, or a study-oriented Mining Engineer, who thrives in technical studies, enjoys working closely with clients, and wants a visible role in shaping the direction of gold, silver, and polymetallic projects. The focus is process engineering, but mining engineers with a strong track record in study work are welcome to apply too.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support engineering scopes across Scoping, PEA, PFS, FS, and early detailed design stages.
• Operate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Qualified Person (QP) in your technical discipline, providing defensible input to NI 43-101 or JORC-compliant reporting.
• Develop metallurgical flowsheets and mass balances, with particular attention to gold, silver, and lead-zinc-silver ores.
• Conduct detailed trade-off analysis on recovery options, comminution strategies, and site layouts to drive client value.
• Collaborate with clients throughout the study lifecycle, helping define key decisions, manage scope expectations, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Write and review high-quality technical reports, scopes of work, cost estimates, and process documentation for investment decision support.
• Interface with multidisciplinary teams including infrastructure, water, and project engineers to deliver fully integrated study packages.
• Contribute to field-level planning and execution as projects move from concept to construction, where appropriate.

What You Bring

• 5-20+ years of experience in process engineering or mining studies.
• Strong background in gold, silver, and polymetallic (Pb/Zn/Ag) mineral processing.
• Demonstrated experience delivering at least one of the following: PEA, PFS, FS, or detailed design packages.
• Registered or eligible to act as a QP or SME under NI 43-101, JORC, or other applicable codes.
• Excellent technical writing skills and familiarity with cost modeling, scope definition, and trade-off evaluation.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills, able to present and defend technical recommendations clearly and confidently.
• Experience working in integrated teams with infrastructure, project engineering, and external consultants.
