Amanda Long is MRC’s Head of Operations and Marketing. She keeps the firm running behind the scenes, from the systems and processes that support every search to the marketing that keeps MRC connected with the mining industry.
On the operations side, Amanda builds and manages the infrastructure that lets MRC’s recruiters focus on what they do best, getting to know people and making matches that last. On the marketing side, she shapes how MRC shows up, making sure the firm’s messaging reflects who it actually is, a relationship-first partner to mining companies and professionals across the US and Canada.
Amanda’s background spans over a decade of marketing and operations including mining, recruitment, legal, healthcare, fitness and wellness, non-profit, and professional services. That range gives her a practical eye for what works, and she brings it to everything from client communications to the tools the team uses every day.
